Have you been charged with DUI, DUAC or felony DUI?

The Process

Arrest, bond and pretrial release.
Within 30 days, request implied consent hearing and obtain temporary alcohol restricted license (TARL), if your license has been suspended.
Postpone bench trial date on ticket and request jury trial.
Implied consent hearing to secure return of license before trial.
Jury trial.
Appeal.
